Project Coordinator

We are hiring for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team!
In this role you will:

• Use your experience and PC skills to support our Ops & PM team and to monitor and track the status of small projects (fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler)
• Coordinate and track all scope progress from project resources for the life of the project
• Execute admin portions of the scope as assigned
• Keep all project stakeholders updated on project progress and milestones for the life of the project
• Use your problem-solving skills to resolve customers issues and contract disputes as needed
• Work with project management team and operations management team on other project related activities and duties as assigned
• As part of the coordination team you would be in our phone tree process to ensure customer's concerns are addresses quickly.
• Work with others on the PSI team to share ideas, improve each other's work and help one another in completing projects, service and inspections on time and in budget.

Requirements:

• 1 or more years of related experience, especially in the Fire Life Safety, Electrical or Construction industry experience is desirable but not required
• Proven abilities to work with Office 365 suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive and OneNote (SharePoint creation/edit a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset and high interpersonal savvy and approach-ability.
• Proven ability to work in ERP software to track financials and run reports as needed to manage to KPIs.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and adapt to change in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and strong desire to succeed with your team and with the company.
• High level of emotional intelligence and empathetic attitude towards frustrated customers or members of the PSI team.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associates Degree preferred
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
