Project Coordinator Position Summary:
Assists Emergency Response Team Administrator by:
Will be assigned Project Manager for CPR Advisory Board and responsible for:

- Responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of Code Team related projects, activities, reports, schedules and collection and management of data
- Develops office procedures to ensure efficient and timely operations
- Responsible for day-to-day supervision and performance management of Staff Assistant and administrative support staff
Assists Emergency Response Team Administrator by:
- Reviewing and updating policies as they related to the use of Code Carts
- Responsible to tracking, replenishing, and overseeing the use of Code Carts
- Keeping pager list of all Emergency Response Teams updated by location and team member role
- Auditing pager list on a monthly or quarterly basis
- Composing and editing complex correspondence and reports to CPR Advisory Board and Senior Leadership in JHH and JHU
- Developing office procedures to ensure efficient and timely operations
- Managing regulations and compliance metrics for Joint Commission
Will be assigned Project Manager for CPR Advisory Board and responsible for:
- Facilitating information exchange among Emergency Response Team Administrator, CPR Office and CPR Advisory Board
- Providing evidence-based analytical reports on emergency response team metrics
- Tracking all meetings and quality assurance regarding Emergency Response teams
- Providing support for and coordination of special studies, research and administrative projects
Education and Work Experience:
- Two years of college, business school, or equivalent experience required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Nine years equivalent experience required without an Associate's Degree
- Requires five years related experience at the administrative level to prepare complex reports, analyze data, solve problems and provide educational programs (Nine years required without an Associate's Degree)
