The position will be responsible for all commercial aspects related to customer contracts with global Automotive and Industry Logistics customers starting with the sales phase up to and including the project execution phase.This is an outstanding opportunity to join a strong team providing the best end to end industrial automation solutions in the market. You will interact with our customer, suppliers, Project Managers and engineers as well as with Siemens internal functions like procurement, legal and taxes in the US and internationally.Project Controller/Commercial Project ManagerThis position can reside Greenville, South Carolina or RemoteRole Description* Partner with Project Managers to drive business success (project quality, on schedule, meeting budget)* Monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders* Manage full project P&L responsibility and cash flow performance; perform month-end closing process activities* Drive project financial transparency: sales controlling, performance measurement, planning, forecasting, reporting, revenue recognition, cost analysis, reconciliation, & deviation analysis* Ensure compliance with Levels of Authority approval and PM & Siemens guidelines for commercial aspects, e.g. risk management process and ensure quality of all commercial and administrational project policies per Siemens guidelinesYou'll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:* 3+ years of experience in project controlling, finance or accounting* 1+ years of proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, strong analytical skills* 1+ years of ensuring correct accounting by IFRS/FRG within the framework of the monthly and quarterly financial statements, including audit-proof documentationPreferred Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business* 3-8 years of experience in project controlling, finance or accounting* CPM certification* German language proficiency* Hand on working knowledge of KNIME and TableauYou'll benefit from:* Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
