Project Assistant

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Assistant to join our Electrical Contracting team. As a Project Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the successful completion of projects and work closely with Project Managers. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. It also requires good computer skills, communication, tracking materials and scheduling.

```Duties```
- Assist with project planning and coordination
- Maintain project documentation and files
- Schedule and coordinate material deliveries.
- Prepare and distribute project-related materials
- Understand and track submittals for Gear and lighting.
- Provide general administrative support to project team members
- Conduct research as needed for project-related tasks

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Construction or supply house office experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to purchase and track material accurately and efficiently
- Excellent customer support skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Calendar management skills to schedule pick up and deliveries
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
