Job Description:
The Project Administration position will be responsible for assisting the Project manager in the administrative aspects of managing projects. This includes managing project documents, and well communication with team members, they will also required to support the office staff with answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as multi tasking. A working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and tracking of project documentation, including invoicing, proposals and project schedules.
2. Assist in tracking job schedules and deadlines.
3. Support the project manager in resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
4. Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the project team and ensure project success.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 10 years in customer service, experience in construction or service related industry is a bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
