Job description

Become a pivotal member of our team as a Project Access Coordinator (School Based), driving meaningful change in the lives of youth and families. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team across multiple school districts in Missouri, including Jefferson, St. Charles, and St. Louis Counties. As a master’s level professional in human services, you'll spearhead services and elevate support for school personnel, youth, and families, implementing evidence-based practices to foster empowerment and positive change within the community.


As the Project Access Coordinator, you'll oversee Missouri's School Based programs, ensuring top-notch services while adhering to established policies. Your role involves setting the standard for evidence-based practices, embodying a recovery philosophy focused on hope, respect, empowerment, health, wellness, spirituality, and trauma-informed care. Through leadership, you'll foster positive relationships within Chestnut and the community, enhancing program reputation and collaborations. Additionally, you'll recruit, train, and evaluate staff, interns, and volunteers to ensure exceptional service delivery.


  • Master’s degree in a human services field
  • Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) in the State of Missouri
  • MO Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required within 2 years
  • Minimum of three years in clinical practice
  • One year of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and email) and using electronic medical records
  • Valid driver’s license, private automobile insurance, and insurability
  • Ability to provide leadership, manage a school-based clinical team effectively, and maintain confidentiality regarding organizational information
