Genesis10 is seeking a Program/Project Manager with Call Center Operations experience for a 3-6 month contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 100% Remote.
Job Description:
Looking for senior Program/Project Manager experienced in Call Center operations process improvement. The goal is to evaluate the data and processes to identify opportunities to reduce transfers within E&I line of business.

Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $60.00-$65.00
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
