Responsibilities:
- -Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- -Receive and be the initial contact for visitors, volunteers and donors
- - Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, and manage volunteers
- - Create and maintain volunteer schedules and assignments
- - Conduct training sessions for new volunteers
- - Develop and implement volunteer recognition programs
- - Collaborate with other departments to identify volunteer needs
- - Maintain a cooperative relationship with funding and food drive sources
- - Manage social media platforms to promote volunteer opportunities
- -Maintain volunteer sign up and reporting software
- -Update and maintain Facebook and website accounts
- -Assist in special event and food drive planning and implementation
Requirements:
- -Possess an associates degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- - Strong public speaking and leadership skills
- - Experience in volunteer management or related field
- - Excellent organizational and time management skills
- - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- - Knowledge of social media management techniques for recruitment purposes

Pay: $16.85 - $20.30 per hour
