TEAM: Operations

LOCATION: Las Vegas (In-office Monday-Thursday, WFH Fridays)

The Role:

As we grow our organization, we are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and strategic individual to join our Operational Support Team. The Program Support Analyst will join our fast-growing team that supports the day to day activities of our engagement teams and assist with our merchant's needs. A successful candidate is a people-person, effective communicator, highly organized and self-motivated individual. We believe that mentorship and development are a key part of growing professionally in this role. Our team and this role will spend Monday through Thursday each week working together in-person, in our office.


Requirements:

What You'll Own:

  • Establish relationships with partners by email and over the phone to provide product support.
  • Work with our ticketing system to help support our partners in a timely manner.
  • Provide live support to our field teams.
  • Maintenance and interpretation of supportive data sets
  • Operate, maintain, and execute the day-to-day activities associated with guiding our partners to success.
  • Update, track and review partners' information and performance using internally used software such as Salesforce.
  • Variable, rotating duties as assigned.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience in handling escalated merchant issues - a big plus
  • Experienced in sale and/or account management – a big plus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as part of a team
  • Excellent phone & Zoom etiquette
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in an efficient and organized way
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – a plus
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Sigma, and Salesforce (or other CRM systems) - a plus
