The National Health Service Core (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program is open to licensed primary care medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health providers who are employed by accredited sites.

Program Secretary I Pay Range:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Salary: $14.27 - $21.41 DOE

Program Secretary I Summary: This position is responsible for all daily tasks related to administrative functions of assigned clinical programs. This position is embedded with assigned clinical programs and works in conjunction with both clinical and support services managers.
Program Secretary I Education and Experience:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of office experience.
- One year of client information data input experience.
- One year of client scheduling experience.
- Valid Oregon driver’s license, insurable driving record. Personal automobile insurance is required if clients are transported, or any agency business is conducted by the employee using their personal vehicle.
Preferred:
- One year of clinical or behavioral health office experience.
- One year of clinical provider scheduling experience.
- EHR experience.
Program Secretary IResponsibilities:
- Ensure the provider scheduler is accurate and up to date with all vacation, sick, holidays, and training days on scheduler.
- Assist program managers and clinical staff with organizing meetings, trainings, and interviews. This will include making material packets/binders and copies as needed.
- Navigate client profile, client and provider scheduler, admin services, and reports in Credible Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Facilitate inter-office mail pick up and employee mailbox maintenance.
- Distribute client satisfaction surveys to clients at the appropriate time as noted in the schedule book.
- Maintain Involuntary Services and Crisis Services Report in Credible BI and Tableau.
- Facilitate crisis protocol for clients in need of urgent services.
- Support program staff to ensure the smooth operations of the agency.
- Other duties as assigned by the Support Services Supervisor, Manager, or Director of Operations.
