Job Summary:
Our Government Customer is seeking a Program Manager/Senior Strategic Planner with strong working knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and contracting framework at the strategic and operational levels for an upcoming proposal. The PM will be assigned at the Blanket Order Agreement (BOA) level and will act as the PM for all Task Orders executed under the BOA to ensure support is consistent throughout the organization. The expectation is to assist in creating synergies and not build stovepipes.
It is anticipated that work will be performed primarily virtual and/or at contractor facilities and limited to Continental U.S. Occasionally in person visits to FDIC ASB offices located in Arlington,Virginia and Dallas,Texas may be needed.

- Ability to write and edit reports, create briefings for senior executives, and customize content for various audiences.

- Effectively manage workload and tasks and ensure delivery of high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with Department and Federal requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient use of the suite of Microsoft Office products.
Education/Certifications/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least Five (5) years of experience as a Program Manager (PM) with Acquisition Experience and Strategic Planning
- Experience in developing strategic plans.
- Experience in managing multiple Program Managers.
- Proven federal acquisition experience across multiple federal agencies to leverage best practices and innovative approaches to solving complex procurements.
- Proven experience with industry best practices: Project Management Institute Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMI PMBok), Quality Control Management, Communication Management, Risk Management, Resource Management, and Task/Deliverable Management.
- Knowledge of federal acquisitions lifecycle, government procurement processes, and familiarity with key documents that comprise federal acquisition packages.
- Experience in coordinating with senior management across multiple organizations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- PMP Certification a plus.
