Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience operating in the telemedicine services field, with a focus on the deployment of services, delivery of care, and consultations.
- Proven track record in developing management procedures and controls within the telemedicine sector.
- Experience in planning, directing project execution, and monitoring and reporting progress.
Responsibilities:
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of telemedicine services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Telemedicine Operations: Lead and manage the deployment of telemedicine services, ensuring the seamless delivery of care and consultations to clients and patients.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Direct the execution of projects in accordance with established plans and procedures.
- Management Procedures and Controls: Develop and implement effective management procedures and controls to streamline telemedicine operations. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor project progress, assess performance against objectives, and report on key metrics. Provide timely and accurate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, technology specialists, and administrative staff, to ensure coordinated efforts in the delivery of telemedicine services.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in telemedicine operations and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Implement contingency plans as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of care in telemedicine service delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. Address concerns and inquiries promptly to maintain positive relationships.
Qualifications:
- Program Management Certification is required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the telemedicine services field, with a focus on deployment, care delivery, and consultations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement management procedures and controls.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and progress monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
