Position Description:

Rite-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Program Manager for our Rhode Island office. The candidate will serve as coordinator and principal owner of engineering and technical services teams. The candidate will motivate employees and mitigate impediments to team performance while ensuring contracted requirements are delivered with excellence. The candidate will conduct capture activities in the pursuit of new business opportunities and develop growth within the existing portfolio. The candidate will perform essential proposal development activities in support of capture initiatives in accordance with corporate strategic plans. The Program Manager will solicit funding from customers and oversee customer project budgets and deliverable dissemination. The Program Manager will prioritize task execution within project teams, coordinate schedules, resources, and conduct resource leveling. The candidate will be a self-starter who proactively supports and balances the needs of the project team, customers, and corporate leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure cradle to grave excellence for assigned programs and projects, including aligning execution with corporate quality objectives, continuous improvement, and best in class customer engagement
• Evaluate, assess, and analyze technical requirements, including resource allocation, risk/opportunity analysis, execution, and delivery
• Evaluate, assess, and analyze assigned contracts, including ceiling, funding, transactions, and resource allocation
• Oversee successful program execution ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables
• Develop and maintain project schedules and conduct review with customers
• Monitor project financial performance, including labor, other direct costs, and profit
• Manage subcontractor awards and communications
• Manage vendor orders and conduct government property management
• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent customer interfacing
• Provide personnel supervision, motivation, and management of project team members
• Manage recruitment, hiring, and implementation of training initiatives
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing and new customers
• Provide fiscal year and quarterly forecast inputs to corporate leadership

Requirements/Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years working as a Program or Project Manager
• Superior oral and written communications skills including communications with peers, project team members, and customers
• U.S. Citizenship
• DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

Additional Skills of Interest (not required):

• Master's Degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate
