This position is the primary leader of the SE PA APEX program with oversight of a team of 6 specialist procurement consutlants.
The Program Manager directs and administers the operations of the Southeast PA APEX Accelerator Program and manages the program activities. The Program Manager is considered the project leader of the APEX program with the Department of Defense (DoD) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) and key to the effectiveness of the program in meeting its objectives and must have appropriate management qualifications and a thorough understanding of the requirements of the DoD APEX Accelerators Program. Knowledge and understanding of Federal, State and local government contracting policies and procedures gained from direct experience and/or formal training is required
- 5 years of progressive managerial experience with 2 years experience managing employees
- 3 years of government procurement experience
- Knowledge and skill in using Microsoft Office and government procurement databases such as proxity, Bidmatch and SAM registration portal.
- Undergraduate degree in business or public administration
- Ability to demonstrate current professional development of at least 40 hours in the past year on government procurement issues.
- MBA or MPA with 7 years of government procurement experience

The starting salary range for this position is between $59757-$70,000 depending on qualifications.
