Job Description
FEFA LLC is seeking a Program Manager, in the Fort Belvoir, VA area, equipped with a bachelor's or postgraduate degree and a minimum of fifteen years of leadership in Army Records Management and similar DoD programs, to be the overarching administrator for contract efforts. Responsible for project execution, resource management, and financial control within contract requirements, this role involves collaboration with Government authorities and the Contractor to strategically plan and direct projects. Proficient in Information Management and Information Access projects, the Program Manager ensures the successful fulfillment of contractual commitments and deliverables, making them an invaluable asset for high-level program management and technical research in the defense sector.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the overall manager and administrator for the contract effort, overseeing program/project operations and serving as the primary interface with program authorities.
- Supervise program/project operation, develop management procedures and controls, plan and direct project execution, and monitor and report progress.
- Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources and control financial and administrative aspects in line with contract requirements.
- Collaborate with personnel and the contractor to plan, conduct, and technically direct projects or major phases of significant projects.
- Coordinate efforts of technical support staff, apply advanced principles to complex issues, and provide studies, evaluations, and recommendations for solutions.
- Act as an advisor to management and the client on advanced technical research and applications.
- Knowledgeable in program management, specifically regarding Information Management (IM) and Information Access projects.
- Ability to oversee various IM projects, ensuring contractual commitments and deliverables are met.
- Attend meetings with personnel to discuss the status of high-level projects.
- Experience in program management with IM and direct knowledge of all contract tasks performed for the Government.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in engineering, scientific, technical, or business management disciplines from an accredited college or university.
- Top Secret Clearance Required and ability to obtain and maintain an SCI Clearance
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of management and supervisory experience, including experience in Army Records Management or similar DoD programs/projects.
- Project Management Certification Preferred
- U.S. Citizenship
