That's why we need you, a seasoned Program Manager who can ensure our RF Engineering program achieves success.
As a lead Program Manager on our team, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding our team. The U.S Navy will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the naval market, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. You Have:

• 15+ years of experience in program and project management
• Experience in Basic Radar RF, MW, and EW Theory
• Experience in FMECA, finite element analysis, thermal analyses, modeling of RF and MW systems and circuits
• Experience in planning processes for research, test, and evaluation including technology transfer, repair and refurbishment processes and systems, and designing FFF replacement components
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Business

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of radar systems design
• Knowledge of the mechanical design of shipboard radar systems
• Knowledge of the design, development, and test of active and passive antenna systems
• Top Secret clearance
• Master's degree in a Technical or Business field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
