Form of workProcess and Operational improvement - Help identify areas for and drive process improvement projects for work streams across the global DEI Community Engagement team. Partner with team to develop future state strategy & build sustainable operational model for DEI Community Engagement best practices to scale
Communication - Support the team with effective team communication, proactive information distribution and real-time problem solving - i.e., establish communication structure to report out updates, develop communication templates to support Community Engagement Managers and Executive Sponsors, proactively connect with xfn partners to make them aware of how they can provide support
Data management - Execute data pulls, analyze data inquiries, produce reports for DEI Community Engagement Managers.; and data/information gathering on external DEI best practices, particularly in engagement and inclusion space
