Program Manager For Clayton County Public Schools

Position: Regional Program Manager
This position will require a passionate, driven and self-motivated team player to lead and
oversee the day-to-day operations of the program. This position is responsible for planning,
launching, implementing, and working with the program team to ensure our tutors have the tools
and support necessary to encourage and drive students’ growth and success. We are seeking a
leader who can spearhead and coordinate small and large projects while energizing and
empowering our team to achieve wonderful results with the students and communities we serve.

Duties and Responsibilities
● Oversee community and school partnerships
● Promote the program to families and coordinating marketing teams
● Coordinate and communication with schools, families, and tutors
● Manage day-to-day operations of tutoring centers at schools and community
organizations
● Daily site visits
● Manage data entry of attendance and assist with invoicing
● Problem solving with schools, families, and tutors
● Administer and supervise pre- and post-testing

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
● Strong command over written and verbal communication
● Program management skills with experience in managing and supervising
● Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
● Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and produce quality results on time with
attention to detail
● Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend engagements

Expectations
● 2 Years in similar sales or development role in education field
● Contacts or experience working in Clayton County
● Bachelor’s Degree
● Ability to quickly develop relationships and establish credibility through consultative
needs-based conversations

● Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve our customer business needs
● Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Salesforce software
● Ability to visit clients in region on as-needed basis
● Willingness to take direction and execute tasks independently

Salary and Application Instructions
● Full-time salary and benefits commensurate with experience. Salary will include both
base and incentive compensation.
● Base salary of $7,000+/month DOE + benefits
● Commissions of $3,000+/month based on meeting performance metrics
