Successful candidate will support the product management, planning, development, maintenance, security, and transition while complying with all Federal and DHS standards, policies, and procedures. Communication with the Product Owner, Program Manager, the project team, and other stakeholders to research, design, architect, engineer, document, and maintain the platform is paramount.
US citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain federal clearance. (DHS Active clearance preferred)
Responsibilities
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss the program performance and any issues or upcoming initiatives.
- Responsible for formulating and delivering an action plan to correct identified issues or initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver a monthly Program Management Review presentation to the Solutions Development Directorate (SDD) detailing completed and upcoming work.
- Ensure that all deliverables are provided in a timely manner.
- Support security processing, which is the interface with Government Office of the Chief Security Officer through the COR on all security matters, to include physical, personnel, and protection of all Government information and data accessed by the contractor.
- Be the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR and must be available to the COR via telephone between the hours of 08:00 AM and 05:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 24 hours of notification.
- Responsible for all aspects of the program management function and administrative support
- Coordinate and lead daily meetings, oversight of the program, team communication, performance, personnel, financials, and reporting.
- Shall be the primary interface with the Government.
- Foster the use of Agile practices within teams to enable delivery of deployable software within specified times.
Requirements
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading the development of scalable web and mobile applications for federal clients.
- US citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain federal clearance. (DHS Active clearance preferred)
- Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience in a similar role.
