Job Description
The F-22 Program is seeking a highly qualified individual to lead integration efforts across the F-22 Capability Development Portfolio, including Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) Software Development Pipeline, Hardware Development & Production and the test enterprise. The scope of efforts range from Technology Maturation through fielding transition with responsibility for integration oversight across multiple F-22 Capability Development contracts. The position will also be required to occasionally assist with integration efforts across the F-22 Modernization enterprise.
Responsibilities include direct support of the Senior Program Management team with execution of contract requirements, cost/schedule management, staffing management, customer interactions, proposal development and product deliverables.
The successful candidate will have a blend of DoD new business capture, technical program execution and program integration or project management experience. This role includes
potential for a Project Management and Program Management trajectory within the organization and will be responsible for the following:
Lead integration activities for the Capability Development portfolio, serving as an interface across multiple leaders within the F-22 Modernization portfolio and including interaction with USG customer, Boeing teammate and major suppliers as required.
Implement and manage processes for integration activities, including On-Time Delivery (OTD) tracking, Risk and Opportunity Management, EPRS and Earned Value Management, Execution scorecards and development of recurring briefings for internal and external leadership.
Must be a US Citizen with a DoD Secret Security Clearance and current update. This position reports to a secure facility.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher education.
Program/Project Management or Integration Experience
Active Secret Clearance
Desired skills
Engineering Experience and/or Experience with Execution/Integration of Development Programs.
Experience with Program/Project management and program integration processes to include Program Performance Management Process.
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
Ability to manage and motivate team toward accomplishment of organizational commitments
Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex issues and solutions with program leadership
Demonstrated communication skills across diverse teams and an ability to leverage cross functional organizational networks

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $74,700 - $143,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $85,900 - $161,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
