Lockheed Martin Space's Strategic & Missile Defense is seeking a Program Management Analyst to join our mission in Huntsville, AL!
Key responsibilities include:
• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Basic Qualifications
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance and must have an Interim Secret clearance prior to starting. Must be a US Citizen.
• Experience with data analysis, metrics collection, analysis, and/or reporting.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
Desired skills
• Familiarity with data analysis, metrics collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to interface with business management, estimating, IT, subcontracts, and other internal functions, as well as our external customers (Program Office and DCMA) on ongoing basis.
• Experience with hardware, software, firmware support agreements and obsolescence.
• Experience with department of defense regulations and hardware/software used in tactical systems.
• Exposure to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
• Awareness of earned value management, agile and waterfall frameworks.
• Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to articulate complex matters in concise oral and written form in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Problem solving skills.
• Self-Starter with strong investigative skills and the ability to multitask.
• Positive demeanor, accountable and responsible and able to work in a team-focused, dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong internal customer relationships.
• Interpersonal skills for reaching out & managing coordination across multiple disciplines.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $74,700 - $143,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $85,900 - $161,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
