Program Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Lead to join our team. As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various activity programs within our organization. You will work closely with executive and marketing teams to ensure successful program execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior living project management, along with excellent communication and organization skills.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and implement a schedule of events and activities.
• Assess the interests, needs, and abilities of the participants to develop appropriate activities.
• Coordinate with other staff and volunteers to execute activities and events.
• Assist in marketing and promoting community events to the public and on social media.
• Manage budgets for activities and events, including purchasing necessary materials and equipment.
• Provide leadership and supervision for events and activities.
• Create and plan the monthly community newsletter and life enrichment calendar.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of each event and make necessary improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, vendors, and local businesses.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of budgeting and program development
• Creativity and hands-on approach to problem solving
• Computer and POS experience
• Bartending Experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
