- Implement up to two cohorts of the Resilient Families Parenting Program ("Resilient Parents") per semester.
- Receive training and implement "Resilient Parents" in person and/or Zoom weekly classes for 1.5 hours per week per cohort.
- Use "Resilient Parents" videos and RFP website as part of "Resilient Parents" implementation.
- Receive training and be familiar with the RFP children's curriculums "Resilient Kids" and "Resilient Toddlers."
- Assist with parent recruitment, enrollment, and retainment.
- Keep in contact with parents throughout the program.
- Manage undergraduate research assistants.
- Manage inventory and provide program materials to participating families.
- Keep records (reflections, attendance, outreach, etc.)
- Attend biweekly team meetings via Zoom (Thursdays from 9 am - 10 am)
- General support and status updates to the Program Manager and team
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Bilingual: Spanish
- Experience working with schools.
- Community-based intervention experience
- Experience working with a team in a research-based setting.
- Minimum Master's degree in Child and Adolescent Development, Education, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or related field.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Lifting of up to 25lbs.; periodic bending; long-term periods of sitting; long term periods operating a computer.
