Responsibilities
- Partner with the family to maintain a regular daily schedule in the home, including naps, meals, and playtime.
- Collaborate with family to ensure consistent care and that the needs of the family align with your skills.
- Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate.
- Communicate with parents and update them on their childrens activities and milestones.
- Communicate with parents the expectations surrounding non-childcare duties such as housekeeping, cooking, laundry, etc.
- Proven experience as a Nanny/Manny with EXCELLENT references
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong understanding of child development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, kind, and flexible
- First aid/CPR certified
