- Group Facilitation: Facilitate the group process on a weekly basis using group facilitation practices to promote knowledge gains
in curriculum topic area, peer learning, and peer support. - Program Support: Participate in regular supervision meetings with the supervisor.
- Documentation: Assist with gathering and submitting attendance information for each group session
Job Pay & Perks:
Typical starting pay range: $22 - $24/Hour

Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak in a public setting
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Effective time management
- Proven ability to interaction with a diverse group of individuals with varying backgrounds
- Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience providing workforce development services
o Group facilitation experience
Prior Experience & Education:
- 1-3 Years of relevant program experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
