This position supports the Executive Director in working towards Utah Peer Network goals and objectives. The Program Coordinator will engage in outreach to develop community partnerships directly and indirectly. They will support the creation of training materials specific to peer specialists, and facilitate these training materials both in-person and remotely. They will engage in community advocacy efforts in committees and coalitions, and in our regional network meetings that we facilitate throughout the state. Success in this role is achieved through effective collaboration with the Executive Director on our various projects, and by being able to work effectively with autonomy.

Experience:
- Peer Support service delivery: 2 years (Required)
- training creation: 1 year (Preferred)
- community organizing and outreach: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Peer Support Specialist (Required)
