DIME Collaborative Program Director
The DIME Collaborative Program Director is a self-motivated, task-oriented leader who is passionate about helping diverse and other high school students obtain the knowledge and resources necessary to build long-term wealth. Ideally, the candidate will have prior exposure to the investment management industry or a successful track record implementing DEI based programs within corporate structures. Prior experience establishing partnerships with community, school and philanthropic organizations is a plus. The preferred candidate will also exhibit strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and coordinate time sensitive initiatives.
Under the leadership of DIME’s executive team, the candidate will serve as the organization’s primary point of contact related to its partnership with investment managers, corporations and community based organizations. The right candidate will collaborate with the National Program Director and National Recruiter to analyze current generational trends and offer creative ways to build new inroads for student engagement.Under the leadership of DIME’s executive team, the candidate will serve as the organization’s primary point of contact related to its investment education program. Focus
- Identify and synthesize information that will help inform decisions that represent the mission, values, and strategic plan of DIME
- Collaborate with external partners and develop new relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure the efficient and effective rollout of the DIME branding and investment curriculum
- Coordinate and facilitate volunteer support from industry professionals, teachers, and college students
- Summarize and present success metrics to Executive Board
- Build a partnership of Collaborative partners to include investment advisors, asset allocators, high schools, and leading organizations to drive organizational engagement
- Support operations team with database management projects
- Engage with high school students during DIME virtual events
- Support fundraising activities for DIME
- Support bi-annual recruitment drives and campaigns
Minimum Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills – The ability to clearly articulate (both orally and in writing) all relevant DIME thought leadership

Work Location
This position is 100% remote but will include occasional travel
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
