Location: Must be located within District 4. See attached map for District 4. (Indiana)
Remote w/travel w/in District 4 for meetings and assistance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Public Health Preparedness Field Coordinator serves as primary point of contact for LHD(s) within their assigned District for issues relating to IDOH-Division of Emergency Preparedness, goals and objectives.
Required Skills
- Experience in IT or related field. Required. 2 + yrs.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, will accept Public Health Experience as a substitute. Desired.
- CERTIFICATIONS:
- Prior working experience as a Program Coordinator. Required. 2 yrs.
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing. Required.
- Tracking and reporting experience. Required.
- Must possess working knowledge of and practical skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Required.
- Planning, training, and exercise development. Desired.
- Emergency Prepardness experience. Desired.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
