A challenging opportunity exists for a motivated individual within the Tactical Aircraft EW Solutions (TACAIR) Product Line within the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area. The candidate will be supporting a variety of new business proposal efforts and production programs along with special projects associated with capital and other investment projects across the TACAIR portfolio. The candidate will be expected to provide leadership, expertise, and guidance to multiple functions and levels of the TACAIR Product Line team.
This role will be performed in a hybrid work format, with the individual can be based at the BAE Systems Totowa, NJ or Nashua, NH facilities, and will split time working on-site and remotely, each week.
Responsibilities include:
- Significant program team contributor. Coordinating team meetings and reviews and developing creative solutions to problems
- Developing creative solutions to problems and driving change
- Proposal support through participating in basis of estimate preparation, fact-finding, statements of position, and negotiations.
- Creating and influencing program baselines through earned value management
- Developing and shaping program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays
- Developing financial forecasts and deeply analyzing estimates at completion
- Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements
- Interfacing with customers
- Reporting financials to the customer and management
- Seeking out projects to continually improve processes
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline plus 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Recent experience in the Defense Industry
- Prior Program Controls experience working with various contract types
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management
- Capable of efficient and relevant decision-making
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular, Excel and Power Point
- Effective communications skills
- Ability to work with diverse work teams
- Ability to communicate and present financial data to various functions and varying levels of Management
- Experience with Financial Planning and Forecasting
Pursuant to a specific U.S. Government contract, selected individual must be a U.S. Person.

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra
- Ability to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies
- Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $109780 - $186670
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
