Summary/Objective
Provide quality control of child care operations by auditing the Child Care Program statement of work to ensure work product meets compliance standards.

· Assist in evaluating current SOPs for accomplishing program objectives.
· Identify and report to management on areas that need improvement.
· Identify and develop resources to be used for support operations to ensure reliable resources and information is disseminated to staff
· Monitor all areas of completed program work
· Identify and report to management on areas that need improvement.
· Creates & maintains professional & exemplary customer services with clients, providers, colleagues and the community
· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Travel
This is a full-time position and the employee is responsible for maintaining a forty-hour work week. Occasionally, employee maybe be required to work evenings and weekends. Occasional day-time travel may be required for professional development.

Education
· BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Business, Education, Risk Management, Human Resources or similar.
· 2 – 4 years’ work experience can be substituted for education
