The role of the Program Associate (Corporate Benefits):
Working closely with other members of the Customer Experience (CX) Team, the Program Associate (Corporate Benefits) will contribute to the launch and support of our childcare benefits programs.
In this role, you will:
- Support customers in setting up, launching, and maintaining their childcare benefits programs.
- Create standard program materials for assigned customers.
- Prepare program updates, reporting, and analysis.
- Deliver webinars and other educational content to customers and their employees.
- Attend onsite events to promote Upwards' childcare benefit programs (candidate must be able to travel as required)
You'll excel at this role if you have:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, implementation, program management or other B2B customer facing roles.
- High technical aptitude, including proficiency in Google Suite and Canva, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly and train others on processes
- A solution-oriented mindset– you are assertive, a quick thinker, meticulous, and confident in handling self-guided tasks with the ability to execute effectively in ambiguous situations
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet quick turnaround times and strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of the childcare industry, HR, and employee benefits.
- Previous startup experience, bonus if it has been in tech.
- Candidates located in Kansas, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, or Texas are preferable, but not required.
What the Interview Process will look like:
- 1st Interview: Recruiting Manager
- 2nd Interview: Head of Corporate Programs
- 3rd Interview: Onsite Working Session with various members of the Upwards Team (Remote, if needed)
