Program Analyst - Journeyman

PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst to support the NAVAIR NBO customer located in Patuxent River, MD.
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Navy ERP Business Office (NBO) has a requirement to perform Navy Workforce Management system and business process support in the area of Navy ERP Time, Training Management and Administration, Personnel Administration and Organization Management.
- The Program Analyst interfaces directly with NBO government personnel, NAVAIR Navy ERP end-users and business process owners to analyze and troubleshoot Navy ERP system issues.
- The analyst provides sustainment and end-user support and/or guidance for the workforce management modules and the associated workforce management business processes.
- The selected candidate shall support the NAVAIR Navy ERP Business Office (NBO) and NAVAIR user community.
- The Navy ERP WFM (Work Force Management) Program Analyst provides SAP technical support for Navy workforce management processes and works closely with NBO personnel, Navy ERP end-users, and business process owners to analyze and troubleshoot Navy ERP system issues.
- Provides sustainment and end-user support as well as technical guidance for WFM modules and the associated business processes.
Primary Responsibilities include:

• Navy ERP workforce management business processes
• Analyze, resolve, and track end-user issues and problems as they relate to Time, Training Management/Administration, Personnel Administration, and Organization Management business processes
• Develop recommendations and alternatives to potential solutions to limit impacts to NAVAIR users
• Assess business process recurring errors and locate root causes
• Analyze and resolve Navy ERP problems and issues and work with the NBO team and the BSC to help resolve tickets
• Assist in gathering and compiling inputs for proposed system and business process changes
• Develop, manage, and deliver Navy ERP training for all WFM modules as well as over the shoulder support to end users

Required Qualifications:

• BS or BA degree in a Business, Management or a relevant technical discipline and at least six (6) years of experience performing functional duties independently (additional experience/education may substitute for Bachelor's degree as a qualification)
• Prior experience with NAVY ERP is required
• Active Secret Clearance required

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Navy ERP processing in one or more of the following areas is desired: Workforce Management (WFM), Navy ERP Time, Training Management and Administration, Personnel Administration, or Organization Management
