Program Analyst I

The License Plate Reader Program Analyst II provides collection, analytical, and information dissemination support for the National License Plate Reader Program; provides the El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC) leadership with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of EPIC Programs, operations and management; and supports EPIC mission planning, schedule updates and maintenance which shall consist of tracking ongoing, backlogged and planned EPIC programs that supports the operation.

• The contractor shall provide collection, analytical, and information dissemination support for a classified program.
• Provide EPIC Programs management with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of EPIC Programs, operations and management.
• Support EPIC mission planning, schedule updates and maintenance which shall consist of tracking ongoing, backlogged and planned EPIC programs that supports the operation.
• Update a weekly portfolio as new requests for assistance are received from various projects that support EPIC’s mission and track them until they are completed and closed out.
• Conduct and process information requests that EPIC frequently receives from internal and external requestors.
• Coordinate with IT support staff and LPR support team on operation and management of the LPR SharePoint site.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the development and monitoring of policies and procedures designed to provide management control over a large scale support services function. OR
• Associates Degree with seven years of experience may be substituted for education requirements
• Written and oral communication skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Software products.
