The Role
What You Will Do
- Responsible for knowledge of and compliance with OASAS and other governmental oversite and funding agencies, regulations and guidelines and practices.
- Monitors the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the overall performance of program sites including program outcomes, the safety of the environment of care, client and staff satisfaction.
- Facilitate monitoring and auditing activity for the various initiatives and business lines for which the position has been given responsibility.
- Monitor utilization reviews to ensure appropriate treatment services to adequately address needs, step down and transitions of care to foster continuation of gains from treatment.
- Work closely with the Compliance Officer and Director of Integrity to establish program norms and assist with agency mock regulatory reviews.
Who You Will Be
- Master’s degree in social work or related field.
- Minimum of Five (5) years related experience preferably in a managed care setting or treatment setting as applicable to portfolio, with some previous supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills characterized by ability to motivate, mediate, counsel and mentor others to successfully achieve team and departmental goals and objectives.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and EHR.
