About CO.STARTERS: CO.STARTERS, is the cornerstone of FINSYNC's Starters Program. It is a dynamic entrepreneurial initiative that provides aspiring business owners with the essential knowledge and resources needed to turn their ideas into actionable plans. Through collaborative efforts with local community leaders, CO.STARTERS aims to create a supportive ecosystem where individuals can thrive and succeed in their entrepreneurial endeavors.

We are in search of a committed CO.STARTERS Program Administrator to oversee the seamless implementation of CO.STARTERS programs in collaboration with our Bank and Community partners from initiation to conclusion. The Program Administrator will handle various responsibilities, including cohort communication with partners and participants, cohort program coordination, material procurement, survey administration, and fostering effective communication among all involved parties.

This individual's primary goal is to ensure a top-tier program that is meticulously planned, well-organized, and primes facilitators, guest speakers, and entrepreneurs for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with bank partners to ensure the successful delivery of CO.STARTERS cohorts at community sites.
  • Provide support to facilitators and participants during cohort launches.
  • Manage participation of cohorts in pre-program and post-program surveys.
  • Coordinate the materials ordering process.
  • Maintain excellent communication with partners, participants, facilitators, and guest speakers.
  • Manage session-by-session communication, including email correspondence, and collaborate closely with facilitators to monitor attendance and communicate important details to participants, such as event updates, meeting locations, celebrations, and special sessions.
  • Coordinate participant data, including names, email addresses, and graduation information, with facilitators and bank partners.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about supporting entrepreneurs in their journey to success.
  • Community-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and adept at managing tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets, G-Suite, Asana, Slack, Hubspot, and Airtable.
  • Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong grasp of procedures that enhance efficiency.
  • Committed to fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Previous experience in startups is preferred.
