Join our ECM team as a Professional Services Project Manager! In this pivotal role, you will serve as both a functional and technical lead, taking charge of planning, organizing, and successfully delivering client projects. Your expertise will guide project teams, ensuring the seamless execution of tasks from inception to completion. What you will be doing:

• Manages the implementation of the Epicor ECM product in customer-facing project engagements.
• Prepare project deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Requests and Project Lists); and use these deliverables to execute all project activities.
• Maintains overall control of the project schedule, resources, budget and scope.
• Ensures project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed upon requirements.
• Ensures that sufficient resources and funding are available for executing all project activities.
• Tracks the status of deliverables and any decisions made regarding Project Change Requests and outstanding issues.
• Participates in weekly customer status calls and responds to client requests/questions in a timely manner.
• Interacts with and assists members of cross-functional teams.
• May be involved in ad hoc projects and/or small short assignments.

• Solid organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter and able to work with little supervision.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentations.
• Manages expectations and establishes solid working relationships through the management level.
• May work at client site from time to time.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualification:

• 3+ years ERP project management experience required
• Experience with ECM/DocStar product preferred
• High school diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
