Job Summary
Individuals hired as Internship Development Professionals (IDPs) will embark on a concentrated, hands-on developmental program that will introduce skills and opportunities to further build a successful career at CEMEX USA. During the 10-week program, IDPs will participate in project-based learning to collaborate and network with others.
Job Responsibilities
This will be a rotational program with field-based responsibilities, and project assignments, and will include hands-on training, simulations, and other experiential learning opportunities. IDPs will also be introduced to the relationships between CEMEX's business lines (i.e. Talent Towers), including but not limited to Aggregates, Cement, Ready-Mix/Concrete, and Corporate/Support Functions.

· Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree & have achieved at least 2nd year status and or 2 years or less of work experience in the related industry preferred in one of the following degrees, classified by Talent Tower below:

Working Conditions
· Capability to work extended hours as necessary
· Ability to work with standard office/computer equipment
· Ability to participate in required overnight travel as necessary
· Continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme noise, and working outdoors
· Must wear protective equipment while at the location
· Willing to relocate domestically
Physical Requirements
· Requires stationary position, traverse, move, transport, and the ability to significant degree to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, or position
· Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate to employees/visitors as well as function safely around heavy rolling equipment
· Must be able to perform all job functions which include, but may not be limited to, pushing, turning, and/or pulling of controls
