No Experience Required!

We’ll teach you everything you need to know about cleaning houses using our proven process. You’ll delight customers with our simple system, so they keep coming back.

Full-time. No nights. Rare weekends. Rare holidays. A compensation plan that allows you to control your income.

Our guaranteed minimum is $14.00 per hour paid weekly. Our training pay is $12.00 per hour for the first 5-6 days of training. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car and demonstrate leadership skills YOU COULD EARN $16-$22 PER HOUR after your first year!

Benefits & Pay

The guaranteed minimum pay for this job is $14 per hour dependent on your experience, your quality of work, and your speed as a Professional House Cleaner. Direct deposit is available into a valid checking or savings account.

Earn paid time off of up to 6 days per year after your first year. After 3 years, earn up to 10 days per year of paid time off.

Here’s what you will be responsible for:

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow our process and you’ll delight every customer. Did we mention that you can earn tips too?!
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Make them feel like you care about their home, and you’ll win here.

If you become a Team Leader (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
• Manage the Day - You will be responsible for the quality of the work inside the homes and managing your associate.

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements to be considered for this house cleaning position.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45am to 5pm
• Must be able to communicate with clients
