Requirements:

1. Residential and Commercial Cleaning experience and be willing to learn our process and methods of cleaning.

2. Basic understanding of cleaning products.
3. Organizational skills.
4. Show a kind, friendly, and optimistic demeanor.
5. Taking pride in the task at hand.
6. Possess the highest integrity
7. Exceptional time management, dedication, and self-motivation.
8. Possess a driver’s license and vehicle.
9. Willing to travel 5 to 25 miles in the Harford County area.

The Hiring Process:

Step 1 - To begin, one of our team members will call you to schedule a video conference using either TEAMS or indeed. This call will take place on the same day or the following day in order for us to get to know you better.

Step 2 - After the interview, if chosen, you will receive online training via a powerpoint presentation. Q&A right after.

Step 3 - You will then be given a location of a residential house where the client allows us to train our team members. (You will be paid for this training)
