The Products Direct Inside Sales associate is responsible for developing customer relationships with existing customers and attracting new clients. Provide pricing and availability to internal and external customers for products and services. Retaining customers with superior service and consistent phone contact is a must.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Act as point of contact for existing customers via phone and email communication while tracking all opportunities in MPW's CRM system.
- Perform cold calls to various levels of client organization within many key market segments. Focus on all industrial water equipment offerings.
- Generate professional proposals and respond to all RFQs for the Products Direct Department to support Area Sales Manager's.
- Manage incoming internet leads/calls from potential customers and convert to a sales order or assign to proper Area Sales Manager.
- Provide pricing and lead times from MPW and its vendors to customers and ASMs for aftermarket products and services when requested.
- Provide consistent and superior service exceeding customer expectations and surpassing competitor's offerings.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide feedback and support to MPW operations so quality of service remains high for all MPW customers.
- Recognize and communicate new markets, products, and services that MPW could offer to our customers.
- Willing to travel (up to 30 nights annually).
- Communicate daily with Products Direct Manager and Area Sales Manager's as needed to provide superior customer service.
