Role and Purpose within the Organization:
Our production and fulfillment Team Members contribute to the Wondercide mission by keeping the production line moving, filling the shelves, and boxing up products. We currently have both part-time and full-time opportunities available on this team.
Who You Are:
- Someone with a demonstrated history of building trust in the workplace

- You are committed to your shift schedule, including arriving on time, informing your manager when any obligations change, and arranging your transportation to our warehouse location

- Someone who is flexible and willing to take on new challenges
- Someone with a passion for our mission
- Someone with knowledge of Ship Station software is a plus
- You are able and willing to lift 50+ pounds
- You are capable and willing to bend, stoop, stand, and work with your hands for extended periods of time
What You'll Do:
- Work with a team to manufacture high-quality consumer products that help our customers lead healthier lives
- Fill, cap, and label bottles with non-toxic liquids
- Operate equipment on the production line
- Continuously identify and recommend process improvements
- Work within established manufacturing best practices, maintaining a high level of quality control and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
- Inspect products for quality and report to Operations Management
- Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting established quotas and standards with an emphasis on total customer satisfaction

Logistics:
- This role is expected to work out of our facility at 3106 Longhorn Blvd, Austin, TX 5 days a week. Regular shift hours will be assigned, usually 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
- This role can be part-time or full-time with occasional overtime hours possible for peak season
