POSITION SUMMARY: The role functions as a member of an area team that is directly responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities. Duties and tasks are simple and repetitive – this role will operate/change over specified machinery in the assigned area. Team Members must ensure efficiency, operational conformance, product quality and continuous improvement. This job requires strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills to support site objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Comply with GMP’s, food safety, quality, and production controls.
- Perform activities in compliance with all customer and government regulations (USDA, FDA).
- Expected to work the required hours needed to execute the duties and responsibilities of the Production Worker position.
- Requires the ability to learn established quality and quantity requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work may involve lifting materials and product up to 50 pounds. Working in this environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors and non-slip shoes. Loose-fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $19.00 to $23.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Claremont Foods good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting
