1st, 2nd, 3rd
Hours: A Crew 6am-6pm Monday-Thursday, B Crew 5:30pm-5:30am Tuesday-Friday, C Crew 6am-6pm Friday/Saturday- 6am Sunday-Monday 5:30pm, 1st Shift 6am-6pm, 2nd Shift 5:30pm-5:30am Monday-Friday, 3rd Shift 6am-6pm Friday/Saturday-6am Sunday/Monday-5:30pm

We have a wonderful union company we have partnered with in North Kansas City and they are looking for hardworking and dedicated individuals that are able to work 12-hour shifts and looking to grow within their roles in the company.

Production Worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Help support the Production and Assembly Departments by doing Installation and assembly of dashes and grills for F150 and transit vans
• Follow instruction sheet to properly assemble upfits into vehicles
• Identify and correct defects in product or workmanship
• Use hand tools to assemble and attach pieces
• Observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction
• Ensure implementation of quality and safety procedures
• Work with other associates to set up machine and stack, mark, pack, and transport finished parts
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Production Worker Requirements:

• Regularly lift up to 35lbs
• Stand for entire shift; reach and grab with hands and arms
• Bend, stoop, kneel as needed
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read a tape measure to an 16th of an inch
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and bar graphs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good eye and hand coordination
• Experience in automotive or electrical assembly a plus
