Summary/Objectives
To assist with the flow and process of material.
Essential Functions- Clearing Tables from the Stopa and or Laser Machines using mallets or hammers.
- Grind materials as needed.
- Ensure that all parts are quality checked.
- Process all paperwork that needs to be verified.
- Accurate counting of parts and placing on appropriate pallets to be shipped.
- Gather material ahead of time for upcoming orders to ensure a steady pace.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work safely at all times.
Expectations
- Comply with PVS Health and Safety and OSHA requirements and policies.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of lifting equipment capacities and related lifting methods.
- Achieve on-time delivery to both internal and external customers.
- Promote good departmental and interdepartmental team spirit.
- Participate and support Continuous Improvement Programs, HR and other company initiatives.
- Carry out duties in accordance with ISO Standards and other company procedures.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times. Environment is not fully climate controlled.
