SERVPRO® of Tuscaloosa is looking to fill 5 Production Technician open positions. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop skillsets within the remediation trade. As a crew member of our production team, you will become an integral part of our production process that works to restore our customers’ way of life by providing property damage remediation and restoration services.
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and adaptable team player who is eager to learn. We are recruiting team members who are in search of an employment opportunity that offers promotional growth and personal ownership. In this role, you will learn industry standard practices in mold, water, and fire remediation. As well as general cleaning/restoration best practices and more.

Production Technician Responsibilities
Pay Scale:$15.00 - $18.00 an hour

Production Technician Responsibilities
- Warehouse Inventory of supplies, equipment, products, and storage
- Work vehicle oversight and maintenance – keep vehicles clean, presentable, and loaded with appropriate equipment/supplies
- Job sight staging and prep work
- Maintain a clean and orderly working environment
- Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines
- Customer communication - monitor progress and provide on-site project updates
- Team communication – consistent documentation and reporting on production processes
- Time management between project job sites
- Nurture a productive work culture and promote healthy working relations within and among coworkers
