Performs SIL CAT-KC assignments involving collectingdaily production log sheets and inputting these into the company accountingmanagement system. This role will alsobe responsible for coordinating and overseeing the SIL CAT product samplingsystem. Key involvement will be requiredin MES activities being initiated and assistance in other miscellaneousproduction reporting and filing as needed.
JOB DETAILS
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Participates in plant wide HSE, quality and productivity initiatives
Collects daily production logsheets and helps in the routing production entry into SAP, Process Runner and EXCEL
Assists in routine physical inventory counts when necessary
Coordinates the SIL CAT product sampling system which can include preparation and tracking
Fills in for the Logistics Coordinator when necessary
Involved in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) activities that are being initiated throughout the plants
Assist in other miscellaneous production reporting and filing as needed
Job qualifications /REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High school diploma or GED required - 4 year degree strongly preferred
Experience:
Experience with quality management systems e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 -preferred
Experience with Complex Data Entry
Skills & Knowledge:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel required SAP experience highly desirable
Accounting and inventory management skills desired
Ability to communicate and be a team member, including mature/professional work relationship with fellow employees and staff
Training/Certification/Registration:
Introductory and refresher training for hazardous waste handling and disposal, universal waste disposal, used oil disposal and any other applicable solid waste disposal requirements as specified in the KC Site Training Matrix. (DOT TRAINING)
