Production Tech
Pay Rate: $22/hr

Skills/Requirements:
· Conduct routine maintenance and operation of machinery including fillers, labelers, case packers, and wrappers. This involves changeovers, cleaning procedures, and effectively troubleshooting issues.
· Achieve or surpass performance benchmarks encompassing efficiency, productivity, downtime, and various key metrics such as preventative maintenance, quality inspections, equipment uptime, and production volume.
· Execute regular quality assessments on an hourly basis, meticulously inspecting raw materials to ensure compliance with established quality standards before loading.
· Acquire cross-training proficiency to handle tasks on alternate production lines.
· Adhere strictly to Manufacturing Practices and uphold stringent Food Safety Standards.
· Available for 12-hour shifts, both day and night, following either a Monday-Saturday schedule or a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, based on production demands.
· Provide coverage during relief duties and vacation periods as necessary.
· Perform general housekeeping tasks across all production areas as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a production environment, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
· Proficiency in equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
· Strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
· Flexibility to work variable shifts and schedules based on production needs.
