Wabash Plastics, Inc. is an established plastic injection molding company seeking dedicated individuals to join our PRODUCTION TEAM. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in maintaining our high production standards. We offer an air conditioned, well lit, clean and safe work environment.
Our compensation package includes:
- Competitive Wage – current starting pay is $19.33/hour including shift premium

- Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture products according to specifications
- Complete production orders within set timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Perform regular quality control checks to identify and address any defects or issues
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Must be able to work any 8-hour shift.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to push/pull objects across work area
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but not required
