SalaryResponsible for coordinating a team of three to six technicians to meet area workload schedules as effectively as possible. Also, responsible for developing the team in regards to training, advancement, and motivation. Solves operational problems with little supervision.
Compensation:$18 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:- Direct and control workloads to ensure deadlines are met and operations run smoothly
- Ensure team members use work methods and best practices that comply with company policies
- Develop and motivate team members to succeed
- Assist in hiring and evaluating team members
- Verify that equipment is operating within standards
- Solve operations problems in a timely and appropriate manner
- Comply with and support all ISO requirements related to their area
- Perform assembly work as assigned
- Perform other duties reasonably related to the position as assigned
- Read and understand sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents written in English
- Speak and write effectively to convey information to others
- Able to organize and delegate tasks and responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize the activities of self and others to meet scheduled deadlines
- Practice behaviors of a good role model and lead through example
- Keep an attendance percentage of at least 98%

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
- 20/20 vision with correction
- Must be able to differentiate between red and green colors
- Able to lift 25 – 50 pounds for 30 seconds at a time, 3-4 times per day
- Able to make coordinated hand and finger movements to grasp and manipulate objects
