Job Description:
- You will be working with hot water and soap to do much of the cleaning, and we are working in a clean environment.
- Brings a culture of safety first.
- Ensures policies are enforced and followed
- Help develop the training plan, motivate, and lead Production Technicians, Machine Operators and assigned Hi-Lo Drivers
- Ensure Production Goals are met daily including hourly production rates, time to change over products, etc.
- Help/Lead repair, maintain and run production line as needed.
- Follows the standard work instructions for machine changeovers.
- Enforces company policies and work rules.
- Supports and helps to build a high-performance team including team evaluations, and disciplinary actions if necessary. Supports the development and execution of training elements.
- Utilize ERP system for Production, Maintain Inventory of Raw Materials and Scrap Reporting
- Effectively communicate to Leadership all necessary information on a daily basis through verbal and electronic means
- Works in a safe and efficient manner at all times, monitors team members for safe practices and mentors best methods
- Follows and enforces company and local work rules, safety rules, policies and work instructions
- Protect company assets.
- Perform Associate Performance Evaluations as required.
- Facilitate team meetings for respective line.
- Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed at all times including PM, Cleanings, etc.
- Initiate investigation and action as needed to reported food safety and food quality issues.
- Oversee team member time off, and approval of time off requests while managing on time delivery to customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Production from Food and Beverages
- High School diploma
- Experience with ERP system for Production, Maintain Inventory of Raw Materials and Scrap Reporting.
